How many open board positions are up for election in 2019?

There are six (6) open positions to be filled. The six (6) top vote-getters will be elected to serve four-year terms of office beginning November 11, 2019. 

When does voting open?

On August 12, 2019, a link will be circulated via email to the WJTA members eligible to vote and posted on the WJTA website.

What happens if I exit in the middle of the voting process?

Votes are only cast after initialing and clicking "Confirm Ballot". If you exit your browser window before completing the process, your vote will not be cast and the information in it will not be saved. You can submit a ballot from the beginning by following the original link to vote online.

I'm not sure if my vote was properly cast.

Contact the WJTA office by phone or email if you have questions about the status of your vote. Be ready to provide your full name, member ID number, and login (email address) that was used to cast the vote.

I missplaced the original email with the link to vote.

I'm having trouble logging in.

You can retrieve your password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login section above and following the instructions. If you do not know what username is associated with your account, or need to enable your online login, please contact the WJTA office for assistance.

I followed the instructions to retrieve my password, but did not receive an email.

The automated password retrieval emails can get caught in spam filters. You can contact the WJTA office to have your password manually reset to a temporary password.

How will I learn the election results?

Results will be published in the Jet News and posted to the WJTA website after balloting closes on October 1, 2019.
