Update on WJTA COVID-19 Precautions

In response to public health recommendations regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, our office will be operating with reduced onsite staff and increased remote work effective March 17, 2020.

We will continue to respond to correspondence in as timely a manner as possible; however, please note the following:

  • Fewer team members will be available to respond to phone inquiries, so we ask that non-urgent questions be emailed to us at wjta@wjta.org. You can ask a question or request a callback, and we will respond as soon as possible.

  • Any orders, certificates or letters will be forwarded as quickly as possible but may be subject to limited delays. If your issue is urgent, please email us at wjta@wjta.org and we will expedite your request as much as possible.

The recommendations of state public health officials, the U.S. CDC, and the presidential administration will continue to be closely monitored. If any additional temporary changes are made to our office policies, we will keep you informed.

Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we work to ensure a safe and healthy environment here. We hope everyone is staying safe and well, and we look forward to hearing from you and working with you soon.
