Mission/Vision: As I seek re-election to the WJTA Board of Directors, my vision remains focused on advancing safety, training, and professional development within the industrial cleaning industry. Specifically, I am committed to strengthening and expanding the verified training platforms for high pressure waterjetting and vacuum operations. I firmly believe the industry would greatly benefit from a verified training program dedicated to the vacuum truck sector. By establishing comprehensive training programs that address the full scope of our industry, we can enhance safety, standardization, and professionalism. A critical next step in this process is educating asset owners on the importance of certified training and best practices. Increasing awareness among asset owners will not only improve workplace safety but will also help elevate industrial cleaning into a recognized and respected trade—one that provides structured career pathways for professionals in our field. Throughout my career leading a small business, I have relied on the WJTA for training, research, and industry connections. My mission is to share my experience with other independent contractors, particularly those from smaller markets, ensuring they recognize that they, too, can have a voice in shaping our industry. WJTA is not just for large corporations; it is an organization where all stakeholders, regardless of size, can collaborate to improve industry standards. To achieve this vision, I will continue to serve as an active leader within WJTA, contributing through my Board of Directors role, as well as my active participation on the Orange Book Committee and the Training Committee. Together, we can advance our industry's safety, professionalism, and growth. I appreciate your support and the opportunity to continue serving WJTA and the industry we are all passionate about.
