Reports on incidents, potential incidents and near misses will be posted with recommendations for prevention.
We encourage you to share these reports with employees, colleagues and customers and use as topics in safety meetings.
Please help us continue to spread safety awareness by providing information on past or recent incidents and near misses to the WJTA-IMCA office. Reports can be submitted anonymously through the online Incident Reporting Form or by contacting the WJTA-IMCA office. Reports will be published periodically in the Jet News and website, and any identifying information will be removed and kept confidential.
