How do I register? 

Registration for the Conference & Expo has not yet opened. If you are not a member and would like to receive updates as the Conference & Expo schedule and registration are announced, click to join our mailing list. WJTA-IMCA will not release your information to any third parties, and you can easily opt out with one click at any time.

Are walk ins allowed? 

You will be able to walk in, but preregistration is strongly encouraged to avoid long lines at the namebadge pickup and help the event run smoothly. 

Do I have to be a member to attend? 

No, the Conference & Expo is open to anyone interested in attending. Members in good standing will receive significant discounts on paid Conference registrations.

Can I earn CEU/PDH credits at the WJTA-IMCA Expo? 

The WJTA-IMCA Conference & Expo, particularly the educational Boot Camp sessions and Basics & Beyond Short Course, may be relevant for recertification. If you have any questions about the program or its relevance to your job and certification, or to find out if the Conference & Expo is pre-approved in your state, please contact the WJTA-IMCA office. 

Can I still submit an abstract for the 2015 Conference?

Although the deadline for submissions has passed, new abstracts may still be considered at the discretion of the review committee. Please contact the WJTA-IMCA office for more information.

How can I submit a proposal for a boot camp session at the 2015 Conference & Expo? 

Please contact the WJTA-IMCA office. Any suggestions for the program are welcome.

Please be advised that the outdoor segment of the Conference and Expo, the live demonstrations, takes place in the morning (8-10:30 a.m.).
