Armadillo Tube Cleaning Systems
We will have a 1-1/2″ diameter tube about ten feet long filled with solid concrete. We will remove that concrete using the Armadillo Tube Cleaning System. Afterward, observers can inspect the interior surface of the tube with a long reach video camera. They will see a nicely polished interior surface that shows the effectiveness of this amazing system.

Gardner Denver Water Jetting Systems, Inc.
Gardner Denver Water Jetting Systems, Inc. (GDWJSI) will begin their demonstration by utilizing their 325-20HC-DT unit at 20,000 psi to power two 20,000 psi hand held tight shut off guns and their nitrogen pressure regulating system. This will demonstrate the versatility of the 325-20HC-DT and the independent operation of the 20,000 psi hand held tight shut off guns when they are controlled by GDWJSI’s nitrogen pressure regulating system.
Upon completion of the 20,000 psi hand held tight shut off gun demonstration, GDWJSI will demonstrate the ease of converting the 325-20HC-DT from 20,000 psi operation to 10,000 psi operation.
After the 325-20HC-DT is converted to 10,000 psi operation, GDWJSI will demonstrate their rotary line cleaner and air operated high flow dump valve in a large pipe cleaning demonstration.
Hammelmann Corporation
Hammelmann Corporation will be utilizing two 700 hp units coupled together producing 110 gpm at 20,000 psi for a tank cleaning demonstration. We will use our XXL tank cleaner which is capable of greater than 200 gpm at 20,000 psi. We will show the capabilities and benefits of high volume and high pressure water for cutting of very hard scale, refractory, polymers, and other materials from tanks and vessels.
Jet Edge
Jet Edge will perform live precision waterjet cutting demonstrations on its Mid Rail Gantry waterjet cutting system throughout the day in the exhibit hall. We will be exhibiting the Mid Rail Gantry and our XP90-100 X-Stream waterjet intensifier pump (90 ksi, 100 hp).
The Mid Rail Gantry cuts virtually any material. It is available in a wide range of sizes, 5' x 5' to 21' x 13'. Optional mirroring cuts part cycle time in half.
The Mid Rail Gantry and X-Stream pump are made in the USA.

Peinemann Equipment USA will demonstrate their latest high pressure cleaning machines for heat exchangers. We will clean a heat exchanger with our triple lance TLE-B utilizing flex lances. Attendees will have the opportunity to see our latest triple lance drive system used in conjunction with the new positioner from StoneAge.

For those interested in waterblasting, StoneAge will demonstrate the dramatic power of our new “Shrouded Banshee” tube cleaning tools by drilling holes through concrete and rock with rapid speed. And because this is the first show incorporating the IMCA, our second demonstration will show municipal contractors how easy it can be to clean a larger diameter sewer line with a Warthog. Just a simple conversion and you can clean small and large lines with the same tool. We look forward to seeing you there!

This flexible component/system is the only product currently certified to meet the proposed new EN standard of a 40,000 psi 0° waterjet at the standoff of 3″ and a swipe speed of 1.6 ft/sec at a flow of 5.5 gal/min.
