The WJTA-IMCA Expo hotel, the Hilton Americas, is full on the peak nights of Tuesday through Thursday, August 17-19. Rooms have been blocked at the nearby Hyatt Regency Houston, 1200 Louisiana Street, Houston, Texas 77002. The Hyatt Regency room rate is $139 per night, single or double occupancy. Reserve rooms at the Hyatt online or call (888)421-1442. Be sure to mention that you are participating in the WJTA-IMCA Expo. The Hyatt, located eight blocks from the George R. Brown Convention Center, offers a complimentary shuttle service. The Metro Light Rail has stops conveniently located near the Hyatt. August 2, 2010, is the deadline date for guaranteed availability of hotel rooms at the $139 rate. Rooms may still be available after August 2, but not necessarily at the $139 rate. Please make your reservations as soon as possible.
